Transportation is a nightmare. Woeful traffic jams, bad roads, non-existent bus lanes if you're going by public transport. Expect 2 hrs at least from the city centre. No Wi-Fi, no self-check-in, one and only cafe, vending machines are cash-only. Really tiny space, why?! It's a new airport, why making it so small? Although opened 2 years ago, the whole experience make it seem like a dysfunctional rural airport at the end of the world. So far, a complete disaster.

Commute is poor: train, then bus. No information regarding bus price anywhere. No WiFi in the airport!!! Cellphone coverage is poor. No smoking areas inside the airport.
Besides poor transportation and traffic jams on the way... Out of 4 national mobile operators 2 don't provide coverage in the airport, there's no public Wi-Fi and such dense cigarette smoke in lavatories that I could hardly breathe. Also I would expect a bit more comfortable temperature inside from a public place like this.
If you will use this airport, you must be careful about crazy traffic jams ahead. Put at least one more extra hour for travelling there. Public transportation is rare (only a bus from the metro kotelniki - no aeroexpress), thus taking a cab is the best option. Use this airport only in case you have extra time and patience to reach there.
Small and cozy. And only two disadvantaged for me: weak air conditioning and transport. Hurry up to use it while it's not overcrowded.
