Top Notch. Great Weapon Menu, perfect service and a overall excellent experience. It was our first time here and we we‘re shown every weapon we shoot. In addition we got the history of the guns with some interesting footnotes. Lock&Load is perfectly prepared for taking videos and photos. You can bring your own GoPro and mount it directly in front of you and they are sensitive to not be in the picture if you‘re filming from behind. We had Cliff today and he was the best! I live in NYC. This was my first time in Miami. Gun laws in NYC are super restrictive so I was excited to be in a city where I can shoot something fun. Lock and Load was the best part of my Miami trip! The staff was friendly and professional. There is a huge selection of guns to choose from, which can be done a la carte style or by packages. My instructor Brian was top notch and extremely knowledgeable. He made a newbie like myself feel comfortable and safe. His instructions were easy to follow allowing me to fully enjoy my time at Lock and Load. My only regret is that I didn’t do it a second time or get the biggest package as I won’t be in Miami anytime soon.

I was on holiday in Miami and was recommended to go here by a friend. First time shooting a gun and it was an amazing experience! Although the shooting in general is quite expensive, the kick and adrenalin rush from shooting a automatic gun or shotgun is well worth it. We were helped by Brian, a really cool and helpful guy that clearly explained everything about the guns and how to shoot them. Especially when you're from Europe and have never shot before, you must go to Lock & Load to experience what it's like!

One word: AMAZING! The staff was incredibly helpful. As a first timer, I would definitely recommend this place. They start off by explaining the safety instruction which are very important since you don’t want to shoot your own feet at any given point. They explain each gun in the package and how to operate. The moment you pull the trigger you will feel the adrenaline. Vast options of packages. Totally safe under supervision.

Me and my boyfriend were visiting Wynwood Walls and we happened to come across Lock and Load (after noticing the panda with the gun graffiti) Went in and the staff was very accommodating, explaining how everything worked, including some replicas of the guns so you can take pictures with. We had Fabien who was very paitent and helpful, especially for me as I was a little nervous with handling firearms. Instructions were clear and he was telling us a bit of history behind the firearms which I enjoyed a lot. If your a tourist, looking for something very fun to do, this is a must! We are from Germany and for us this was a highlight to our trip. Highly recommend!
