Beautiful sandy beach with calm waters. More touristy than other beaches but worth coming. It is stunning. Good for families. Only drawback is the price of the beach chairs/sun umbrella. Expensive! Ok to bring your own though. Highly recommended

I came here to ease my nerves a bit after climbing down and back up the insane rockface to reach Stefanou Beach / Seitan limani earlier that morning. Exactly what I needed! Calm warm clear waters, plenty of room for everyone, plenty of places nearby to get a drink or food if you need it. The bonus of course is the famous dance scene from Zorba the Greek was filmed here, and just in case you didn't know they have a huge poster of it nearby. Opa Alexi!
Stunning beach. Beautiful clear water. However quite expensive. €15 for 2 sun beds and drinks and food at tourist prices.
A little more secluded then most the beaches near the city of Chania and with tad a little less touristy. Even when the winds are high and the swimming may not be the best the beauty of the area takes you in.
