A small unique gem of a restaurant in downtown. Its an intimate restaurant with a funky and contemporary vibe, and an open kitchen for watching your meal being made. Everything we ate was thoughtfully curated and prepared for a group setting. The apps and entrees were fabulous as were the drinks and the service. This is a restaurant should be a stop on your list, its wonderful!! If you get the green beans ask for twice the sauce, its worth it! The sauce was amazing and ran out too quickly.

My friend and I got most of the appetizers and were not disappointed. Excellent staff and amazing food! Do yourself a favor and get the glazed donut bread pudding, and tip the amazing and hardworking staff there well ;) The vibe felt somewhat low-key, homey, and not as glitsy as the rest of Vegas, which was exactly what I was looking for. We waiting for our seats out back and it felt like a community backyard in the best way possible. Definitely recommending this place to all my friends and I can't wait to be back!

What a gem of a restaurant. Service was fantastic, waitress was more than happy to make recommendations. The food was very flavourful with nice sized portions and arrived at the table piping hot. All of that combined with good music (at a volume tag still allows conversation) and a comfortable atmosphere and a chill vibe, it’s awesome. Would love to come back!

Love the atmosphere. We had the baked mac n cheese and chicken sandwich with spicy tots which was delicious. The prices are a little high but i get the concept that everything could be shared. I would definitely come back for the drinks. Had the tricky vic...yum.

We were looking for someplace to eat while visiting Freemont Street, and found Carson Kitchen by chance after searching google. A short walk from the Main Street has us slightly worried we were lost. But once we found the restaurant we were relieved to see it looked like a great find. We were seated at the bar in front of the appetizer prep station. Staff were all really friendly and attentive to our needs. The style of serving is more of a social, sharing type experience, which we loved but may not be for everyone. Bacon Jam = life changer. Get it. You won’t regret it. Steak was amazing as well. I honestly don’t think I saw a single item that left the kitchen that looked anything short of amazing. We’ll be back for sure.
