Not enough words can describe the experience to be had in this place, this was hands down the best meal I have ever had. For starts the restaurant looks like the show and the atmosphere is great with brilliant staff service. The menu is out of this world, all the stuff you see cooked on the show... Myself I went with the set 3 course with the wine pairing (great idea can't recommend it enough)... For starters I had the scallops with sweet corn puree, I'm not a great lover of scallops with I took the "when in Rome" method and ordered them... This couldn't of been a better choice, they where out of this world... Now on to the mains, oh my God I will have thoughts of this dish on my death bed... The beef Wellington is the best dish I have ever tasted, the flavours that which where on the plate were something you dream about, words can't describe it you simply just sit there and smile. Then onto the dessert, the sticky toffee pudding... First of all it's HUGE!! You definitely don't need to get one each, secondly dig in quick because it's gonna be gone quick!! I nearly lost a finger to my missus because she wanted the last bite. I'll end by saying the man Gordon is a god in my eyes

I've been to Hell's Kitchen twice now. The first time the front of house and hostess staff was a mess. It has clearly been sorted and pleased to report this restaurant is now a 10+ star experience. The kitchen is themed as if there is a red and blue kitchen and a fun experience. But it was the waitstaff that makes this an amazing experience. Barb I had the first time and asked for again. I won't go unless Barb is working. She's so sweet and gives amazing advice to create and eat the best meal ever. I've done the lobster risotto and scallops now as the appetizer. Then the Caesar salad that has lemon zest in it, that zest really lifts up the salad. Then of course there's the Beef Wellington and the sticky toffee pudding in the prefix lunch or dinner. Don't have to say much about those dishes. I truly can't wait to go back and when I do I will see Barb for sure!

Hell's Kitchen is one of the best restaurants on the strip. One problem that most celebrity restaurants have is that they rely on their novelty. Hell's Kitchen, however, relies on the quality of food which is exceptionally fresh and tasty. The entrance is grand and extravagant, almost to the point of comical but the contemporary interior is modern and inviting. The floor to ceiling glass windows offer a great view of the strip which is only rivaled by the fabulous service. The servers are quite knowledgeable about the menu, friendly and attentive but not intrusive. The highlight is, of course, the food which is filled with flavors but not overbearingly so. The Pan Seared Scallops to start is a very strong option as they are cooked to perfection, firm but not tough and flavorful but not over-seasoned. The Beet Salad is one of the best Beet salads I've ever had, firm, sweet and lying over a bed of Greek Yogurt. The Beef Wellington looked amazing and is Gordon Ramsay's staple but on this occasion, we ordered the Chicken Scappolini which was very tender. The final stroke was the Sticky Coffee Pudding which one of most delicious desserts ever. Overall, Hell's Kitchen is an amazing experience with good service, great decor and food which rivals the best restaurants in the world.

In the words of my buddy, "when food makes you smile, you know you're doing it right." The food was amazing. I had the beef wellington which was incredibly tender and very delicious. The mashed potatoes that came with it were the smoothest I've ever had. Quite honestly though, the biggest surprise was the side of Mac and cheese - hands down the best Mac and cheese I've ever had, and the taste actually made me laugh. I never knew something could taste that good. The waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu, the process in levied in making the dishes, and the drink pairings associated. I feel he helped me make a good choice in my order. The sticky toffee was also incredible, and a lot larger than I expected! This is more a mini cake than a small after meal dessert. It was very soft and light super tasty, and the ice cream was, well the icing on the cake. All in all, I don't think you'll find a better place to eat in Las Vegas. If you haven't eaten here yet, you definitely need too.

Definitely a once in a lifetime experience! The atmosphere in this place is amazing looks very similar to how the show was. Staff is very friendly. We got the 3 course meal including scallops, beef Wellington, and sticky toffee pudding. I've got to say it was one of the best meals I've ever had! The beef Wellington cut like butter and melts in your mouth and the toffee pudding was one of the best desserts I've ever tried. The service was very quick and I was stuffed by the end of the meal with the good portion sizes. It is a pricey restaurant to eat at but I would say that it's very good value for the money compared to other fancy restaurants you can eat at on the strip. If you haven't gone here before I recommend trying it out as you will not be disappointed!
