Amazing venue with so much south African culture. I have watched several football games there and every time has been an amazing experience. Fifa soccer world cup final was played there in 2010 and was a great success.

Stadium is great and concerts and events there are amazing. Parking and traffic are quite a problem despite police intervention etc. The stadium is also not the best in terms of direction and markings for finding seats etc. The area around the stadium is not the most well lit of areas. We encountered a closed gate when exiting and had to walk a good way around and then it was quite a mission to find the car when you approach from a different route that you took leaving.

The stadium is very beautiful and impressive, most parts are well maintained. Definitely worth a visit if you have the chance. Only big downside is the catering, there were only a few spots to get food and there was one we'll hidden spot to get drinks. I walked around the stadium 2 times before I found it. Afterwards people kept on asking me where in the hell I found those drinks. Also, smoking is prohibited, they take your cigarettes when you get in, and then they sell them on the inside and everyone is smoking. A bit ridiculous. Most of the experience was nice though.
