The room was nice enough, but for a "luxury" hotel, their services and amenities leave a lot to be desired. There's no coffee maker in the room, the refrigerator is inaccessible other than to purchase overpriced minibar drinks, so you can't refrigerate drinks or left overs. The TV has some decent channels, but I'd like to see more modern amenities like a smart TV you can link streaming service accounts to during your stay. I've stayed in several Marriott properties that have that feature, and there is no way it's expensive considering how cheap TVs are these days. When we first got to the room, we tried to turn on the lamp on the nightstand, and the bulb literally exploded, blowing broken glass all over the stand and floor. They sent someone to vacuum it quickly enough, but she then said someone else would be by to replace it shortly. We didn't receive a follow-up call about that for several hours, by which time we were getting ready for sleep, and told them not to bother, so we just did without the lamp. They somehow misplaced our bags or had some kind of mechanical issue (although I can't imagine what... We were only on the 2nd floor) on our way out, and delayed us by 20 minutes to bring 1 suitcase, a pillow, and a bag. I'm puzzled that they couldn't have managed just to carry the bags at some point. Based on my experience, I can't recommend staying at the Mirage unless you've got a comp night or significant discount. It is definitely not worth the premium they charge ($42/day mandatory resort fees, by the way, although I have no idea what you're getting that could possibly justify that price). Save your money and go elsewhere, everything good this place has to offer has nothing to do with the hotel itself, so don't bother staying here.

The Mirage is beautiful however timeless. It’s not as up to date as other establishments I’ve been to on Las Vegas but it does the trick. The grand entryway leads into a bridge with floral surrounding and what seems to be an endless moonlight room. Other than this attraction the rest of the casino floor seems plan. You’ve seen one casino you’ve seen them all, that type of thing. I didn’t have the opportunity to visit any of the shops since it were late and they were closed. The shopping area was clean and looked beautiful. I look forward to returning again.

Very nice very clean one of the best resorts in Las Vegas. The downfall of that it was very busy and crowded! you couldn't even get a lounge chair at the pool at 10 o'clock in the morning. They charge you for everything even if your a guest in one of their best rooms and everything is super expensive! The employees and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable of the resort, 5 star people! They did get my room reservations wrong and that took a full day to correct. other than that absolutely recommend! a very nice place to stay and explore Las Vegas.

Extremely clean and comfortable rooms. Some of the best housekeeping staff I have ever encountered. As soon as I left the room everyday my room was immediately cleaned very well. Everyday they also took the time to arrange my daughters stuffed animals on the bed in the cutest way, she loved it and looked forward to it everyday! We stayed in one of the staywell rooms and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The pool is amazing although managing to get a lounger makes you feel like you just won big at the casino. Too many people come first thing in the AM find a lounger place towels on it, then go back to bed till the late afternoon. Wish they would implement clearing loungers that weren’t actually being used like some of the other hotels do. The buffet food is garbage but; like all Las Vegas strip hotels it’s too expensive too eat in the hotels anyways. So it doesn’t really effect my rating. Will for sure be staying at this hotel again!

The online check in is awesome! No more waiting in long lines! The food at The Pantry (24 hour coffee shop) is excellent. I noticed that in some areas they have outlets to charge your phone while grabbing a bite to eat. Rooms are a nice size and comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants on the grounds. Close to Grand Canal Shops and the Forum Shops.
