Favourite area in Hong Kong, pretty small alleys with funky coffee shops, bars and restaurants. A lot of uphill walking (and downhill too obviously) good then that the Mid-levels escalator is running upwards at night. Hangout for expats, students and tourists.

Nice are with many casual bars and restaurants. Good for a lazy lunch or an afternoon drink

Great for a night out if you have bit of money in pocket. Ohh ALSO only go if you are Chinese or white skinned and are dressed chic. I was a tourist who walked about town all day in denims and being dark skinned, both clothes n color were a no no. We were not welcomed in to most places and were told 'house full' even when not.

SoHo, derived from SOuth of HOllywood Road, is a zone filled with restaurants, bars, nightclubs, art galleries and antique stores bordering between Lan Kwai Fong and Sheung Wan.
This district manages to keep a good balance between preserving the Chinese and colonial Hong Kong culture, as well as keeping up with modern developments

Much quieter than its heyday but still a decent area for a night out for dinner and drinks.
