Where would you like to go?
Tai O (Chinese: 大澳) is a fishing town, partly located on an island of the same name, on the western side of Lantau Island in Hong Kong. The village names means large inlet, referring to outlet for the waterways (Tai O Creek and Tai O River) merges as it moves through Tai O.

Very different experience if you are in hongkong, it really brings you to a different world without cars without big buildings, with less crouds... I think that it is totally worth it to spend an afternoon in Tai O

A great fishing village with many things to do. Walking over bridges and there are great view at the village on the rivers. There is even a boat tour around the village to see dolphins. Would come here again if possible!

Architecturally unique seaside village erected on wooden stilts above the water. Check out its seafood market and street food. Walk the village streets and you’ll find streetstalls offering delicacies such as grilled squid, baked oysters, very spicy whelks in shrimp sauce, deep fried seafood snacks, buns and glutinous rice mochi stuffed with peanuts. We were there on dragon boat race day and the whole village was ablaze with colour
