Just too beautiful to rate. Me and my friend did route A8, which is about 12 km. It was stated to take about 4-5 hours. We did it slightly faster; in 3.5 hours, but still with plenty of photo stops to memorize this beautiful place. The view was just astonishingly beautiful, even in the bad weather we had, defenately one of the most beautiful ones in Iceland. The hike itself only challenging at a few points where you have to climb some rocks. Stairs and handrail ropes are provided where it gets really challenging. Would defenately recommend this place to others that are nearby. The visiting center has toilets and a tap for fresh water.
