Easy to reach on the Lisbon trams. Ques move fast. The sea otters were the cutest thing I have seen. Many viewing points for the main tank and an easy seamless flow around the attraction. Good interpretation boards. Would of loved to have seen a few more Octopuses and details of feeding times at the entrance. Excellent day out.
Such a beautiful aquarium!! The theme of how all the oceans are connected was great and created a good flow to the experience. The area was also beautiful around the aquarium. I also loved the temporary exhibit, underwater forests. It has very beautiful scenery and calming freshwater seascapes. The exhibits felt more than just that but I could tell time and for was put into their designs. I felt as if I was walking through an art gallery! Oceanário is a truly beautiful and educational aquarium. I would recommend anyone to go.
Great aquarium located just north east of the city of Lisbon. I took an Uber from the city core which was the most convenient. The pass for the permanent zone was 15 euro. And an additional 3 euro to visit the temporary zone which is kind of like a temporary guest exhibit. Its relatively small so i actually just recommend you go see the permanent main structure.
Very nice Oceanário, lots of crazy fish and creatures. The glass to look through is large and you can really chill out while gazing. Maybe some beanbags would improve the chill-factor. Also the glass allows for good pictures to be taken, not much reflection.

Very nice place and definitely worth visit. There's a restaurant at the beginning, if you're hungry or thirsty just make use of it.
Temporary exposition with sweet water aquarium at the entrance building was awesome, worth the extra Euros, and if you have enough time don't hesitate to learn more about it via the videos on screens around. It's beautiful.
Salt water aquarium is astonishing, you begin in first floor making a circle tour around it with a separate outer expositions and then you continue the same way downstairs with additional small aquariums on sides.
From first floor you can watch fish living in higher sea levels and downstairs you're at the bottom. Beautiful place, very nice atmosphere, seating places are just an invitation to stop, calm down and enjoy peaceful life in front of you.
Be prepared for half day visit if you really want to enjoy it fully without rush... Otherwise 2 hours are a normal time you'll spend there.
