Where do you want to visit in Malta

The Malta Experience

An Hour

Estimated Time

My Malta experience: Only spent three days in Malta, but I think it was more than enough to get the feeling what Malta is all about. Rented a small flat near the center of Valletta which was more than perfect since everything was accessible on foot. For longer distances using Bolt app is recommended. For a group of four it's not even faster but also more affordable than taking a bus, which is also not very punctual. Thus take the bus only when you want to get to the other side of the island. Rent a bike only if you feel like exploring sites located outside the city!! Riding a bike in the city is a suicide. The historic part of Valletta is beautiful and very well maintained with over twenty churches and cathedrals. Comino and Gozo islands with their lagoons are a must to see!! People are very friendly, talkative and always willing to point you in the right direction. One thing that was not very pleasing was the garbage people throw freely in the street and a lack of green places for rest and play. To sum it all it's definitely worth adding to your travel bucket list.
