Disneyland Paris, originally Euro Disney Resort, is an entertainment resort in Marne-la-Vallée, a new town located 32 km (20 mi) east of the centre of Paris, and is the most visited theme park in all of Europe. It is owned and operated by The Walt Disney Company and is the only resort outside the United States to be. The resort covers 4,800 acres (19 km2) and encompasses two theme parks, many resort hotels, a shopping, dining, and entertainment complex, and a golf course, in addition to several additional recreational and entertainment venues. Disneyland Park is the original theme park of the complex, opening with the resort on 12 April 1992. A second theme park, Walt Disney Studios Park, opened in 2002. The resort is the second Disney park to open outside the United States following the opening of the Tokyo Disney Resort in 1983. Until June 2017, Disney only held a majority stake in the resort, when they bought the remaining shares. In 2017 The Walt Disney Company offered an informal takeover of Euro Disney S.C.A., buying 9% of the company from Kingdom Holding and an open offer of 2 Euro per share for the remaining stock. This brought The Walt Disney Company's total ownership to 85.7%. The Walt Disney company will also invest an additional 1.5 Billion Euro to strengthen the company.

A truly magical experience ! I suggest you plan to go for 2 whole days in Disneyland park and 1 day at the Studios to enjoy most of the shows and rides. Mark your favorite rides in each section of the map so you don't waste time going from one corner to another :) you'll be given a program that changes every week, it includes information for shows and parades or meeting times with Disney characters. If you want to eat healthy it's better to make restaurant reservations early.

Went really just to compare against the original in Florida. To be honest I don't think after this visit you can compare, both are unique. What was missing in Disneyland Paris was the brashness of the Americans, but it makes up for this with a more sophisticated European style. This park is definitely better catered for those of us with smaller children, it lacks the adrenaline filled excitement of the Alton Towers, Universal Studios parks but delivers in spades the art of Disney when it comes to its own USP. In the end why did I like the day I spent here? It was because of the very European nature of the place.

It's Disney. It a magical place for kids and not so kids. Me and my wife had a blast and hoped for a longer day to enjoy everything. The closing event was something every Disney fan must see. If you're in Paris for a few days, just take one to get to see this. It's not that different from the California or the Florida parks, but it has it's own flavour.

Fantastic theme park. Must visit for any Disney fan. It has everything that you could possibly want for an authentic Disney experience. Walt Disney Studio theme park is equally fantastic and has great attractions. All the rides are super fun for all ages. All the staff is super friendly and helpful. Would visit again when I'm in Paris next time.

A truly amazing park and a must see for any Disney Fan! The staff was pleasant and the atmosphere was wonderful. Loved that they still had the parade even though it was raining. Those performers are troopers! Line queues were short, but character queues were long. The food inside the park was not great at all, but there are good places to eat at the Disney Village.
