Pierre Hermé (born November 20, 1961) is a French pastry chef - chocolatier. Heir to four generations of Alsatian bakery and pastry-making tradition, Pierre Hermé began his career at the age of 14 as an apprentice to Gaston Lenôtre. He was awarded the title of World's Best Pastry Chef in 2016 by the World's 50 Best Restaurants and as the 4th most influential French person in the World by Vanity Fair in 2016. Pierre Hermé created his own brand in 1998 with Charles Znaty.

    What an amazing place! Don't try to avoid the line - it certainly worth the wait. You can eat here excellent and beautiful desserts in its best quality, and helpful customer service. The rose croissant is very recommended as well as the mandarin macaroons.

    Excellent macarons from the very best! I really liked the mandarin flavoured one. They all have perfect consistency and service is professional. Must go.

    Delicious macaroons. Might just be better than Ladurée. Haven't tried the other sweets/pastries but they all look so good.

    Well-made macarons with both unique and classic flavors. In my opinion, much better than Laduree. A bit pricey but would make great gifts (within the next day or two).

    Love,love their macaroons ,they are so well done and each of them has delicate flavors. Perfect! Some of the stores sale rose croissants which are nice match to your afternoon tea.
