It's might not be a landmark, but it's really worth stopping by, going in and taking a moment. The copula looks beautiful on a sunny day.

Personal favourite religious building of the city. The Russian church design is outstanding. Unfortunately it was built on a site where an Ottoman mosque used to stand.

If you're into churches, this is a must see! Though I have to say most of the churches/mosques/temples are impressive in Sofia!
