Wilanów Palace or Wilanowski Palace (Polish: pałac w Wilanowie, Polish pronunciation: [ˈpawat͡s vvilaˈnɔvjɛ]) is a royal palace located in the Wilanów district, Warsaw. Wilanów Palace survived Poland's partitions and both World Wars, and so serves as a reminder of the culture of the Polish state as it was before the misfortunes of the 18th century. It is one of Poland's most important monuments. The Palace's museum, established in 1805, is a repository of the country's royal and artistic heritage. The palace and park in Wilanów hosts cultural events and concerts, including Summer Royal Concerts in the Rose Garden and the International Summer Early Music Academy. The palace, together with other elements of Warsaw Old Town, is one of Poland's official national Historic Monuments (Pomnik historii), as designated September 16, 1994. Its listing is maintained by the National Heritage Board of Poland. Since 2006, the palace has been a member of the international association of European Royal Residences.

Fantastic historical building. Repaired after the wartime damage. Tours are well worth the time. Good quality paintings and furniture inside. Staff are helpful. Great location and value. Take your time if touring as there is so much to take in. Some areas do not allow flash photography.

This castle is amazing. we didnt go to see inside part due to the limitation of the time that we have. in my opinion, if you have more time, get the ticket and see the inside part

The opulence of King Jan will blow your mind. Having a lush garden and lake behind the palace is so beautiful...I cherish the memories till now...Really peace and quiet. I am sure you can get lots of Eureka moments there.

Long drive to a bit disappointing place. Exterior of the place itself is pretty yet the gardens are disappointing (maybe due to winter, but all the roses were cut off). Interior was doll yet provided explanations in English. Pass through, 2 hours most.

Fine place to spend hot weekend in the fresh atmosphere of old big garden with fountains, sculptures and historical buildings. The palace was very intriguing outside and dull and unimpressive inside. The garden was good but a bit neglected. Could be 4* but I would appreciate the custodians in the palace to speak any other language besides Polish and not stare heavily at anyone entering their assigned room suspecting something. And do not buy those audio guides- use the free application on your smartphone, the link is on the wall by the cloakroom.
