Great staff, food is great. Being a small chain still has a very original one of a kind feel. Known for their pinchos, don’t be afraid to wander around the menu, everything’s good here!!

Cant get enough of this place. The Pincho salad with steak is just out of control. The Latin to be more precise. You walk in and the smell just captivated. On that note you walk out smelling like a pincho. But it’s all good. Just don’t walk in expecting to go somewhere and then someone not want to take a bit out of you. Great place. The service was awesome and everyone was friendly. I left my cel phone and got it right back. They held on to it while I got back to pick it up.

Love Pincho on 40th street. The place is clean and delivers consistently good food. Only negative is that it is small and seating is not always guaranteed.

Pincho Factory is a place I frequented often but lately the customer service has been terrible. I went up to the counter no one took our order even though workers kept passing by and talking to each other. Then after some time someone finally took our order (Mind you there was almost no one in there). I ordered ac simple Pincho burger and fries. The order was taking over 25 minutes and there was no one in the kitchen?? So I went up to the lady at the counter... turns out she didn't remember to print out the ticket but she did remember to charge us! Then when our order was finally ready after waiting about 45 minutes the same lady bought it to the wrong table! Expensive food with terrible customer service, go to McDonald's and you'll probably get better service.

Placed an order went to pick up was told they never recved the order. Ended up leaving and calling and speaking to the Mgr and was told there was no order there I said that’s impossible I spoke to a young lady when I called what’s going on he said he’d ask her and she told him she never took the order. So I said ok I’ll call and speak to the real Mgr Tomorrowland then I was told that he found the order under somebody elses name and number. Like what the hell is going on. I’m done with this place..
